I’m so excited to meet you.

I’m a life and healing coach, as well as a chronic pain survivor and litigation attorney for 20+ years, and a mom of two teenage boys.

I believe people living in wholeness will change the world. It’s why I’ve stayed committed to mentoring and advocating throughout my work history, and empowering others to find their own voices.

An injury during the birth of my first child led to over 15 years of severe chronic pain. Finally, it forced me to take ownership of my own healing. Part of my journey led me to become a life coach. Trained in the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach Model, I help and empower professionals and students to fashion their life and career together. As a result, my clients feel they can show up as their truest selves at work, school, home, and the community, and confidently make changes for themselves that serve them best.

I’ll help you navigate your life, career, school, and relationships, so you can love the paths you’re on—or find the courage to make changes if you don’t.

TEENS:

I love working with teens and being a safe place to land for them. Coaching is a great way for teens to talk with someone that both understands their challenges, but has tools to help them find their voice (especially if it’s been quiet or taken over by someone else), advocate for themselves, make good decisions, and manage family and friend relationships, not to mention school and extra-curricular activities. Coaching can be more accessible for teens that just need someone to talk to, while also maintaining strict confidentiality guidelines. [Note: If a licensed therapist or other medical professional is needed, I happily provide referrals]

ADULTS:

I work with adults of all ages, stages, careers, and levels of "stuckness.” I love helping clients navigate the professional world, whether it’s help with finding a job, changing careers, or re-entering the workforce after being laid off or after years of full-time parenting. I also work with clients to improve the job they already have, whether it’s the courage to ask for a raise, better boundaries, or have other difficult conversations. I also work closely with clients to update their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, craft cover letters, nail interviews, and negotiate salaries and benefits.

CHRONIC PAIN SUFFERERS:

My experience with chronic pain gives me a unique perspective on pain, the toll it takes on every part of life, and the isolation it causes, not to mention dealing with the healthcare system. My healing journey led to me to learn effective mind/body tools to help rewire the brain and turn down the volume of pain signals, while also encouraging emotional and mental calm. I love coaching chronic pain sufferers to help them find their voice to advocate for themselves and to find more peace, relief, and purpose.
